Next Door Home Watch LLC was founded in 2023 to provide reliable, professional oversight for vacant and seasonally occupied homes in Northeast Florida. The business is owned and led by Tristan Cathers, who oversees service standards, training, and consistency across all home watch visits.

Tristan entered the Home Watch industry after being personally trained by a long-time professional with more than 20 years of experience who was preparing to retire and wanted to leave his customers’ homes in trusted hands. That training emphasized consistency, attention to detail, clear documentation, and respect for the responsibility that comes with watching someone else’s home.

Next Door Home Watch LLC is an accredited member of the National Home Watch Association (NHWA) and is fully insured and bonded, meeting industry standards for professionalism, accountability, and best practices.

Based in Palm Coast, Tristan has lived in Florida since 2019 and is committed to being reachable, reliable, and accountable. Next Door Home Watch is built to be a long-term, dependable service for homeowners who place a high level of trust in the people caring for their property.
